I’m also the founder of ONE Fitness, the ultimate destination for personalized training and comprehensive solutions tailored to the fitness lifestyle. My journey to this point has been anything but ordinary. I transitioned into the fitness world after an incredible international dance career, but my path took a sharp turn in 2018 when I faced a life-altering battle with Cryptococcal Meningitis. That experience was both terrifying and transformative. It reshaped my worldview and ignited a passion within me to create a safe, supportive, and health-centered space where people can feel empowered to pursue their fitness dreams. I’m deeply grateful for the impact ONE Fitness has had on my life, and I’m honored to guide others as they embark on their unique fitness journeys. My name is Coach Nico. My fitness journey began back in my senior year weight training class, where I first discovered the magic of hard work, muscle gains, and being surrounded by a supportive crew. That experience sparked a passion in me to help others sculpt their dream physiques and build confidence through fitness. In 2018, I earned my AA in kinesiology from LAVC, and since then, I’ve been on a mission to show that fitness can be both fun and incredibly rewarding. Using a mix of science-based techniques with weights and bodyweight exercises, I focus on helping people boost their strength and athleticism in a way that fits their goals and lifestyle. As a NASM-certified trainer, I’m beyond excited to join the ONE Fitness team and be part of shaping the future of personal training. I can’t wait to help clients crush their goals and create lasting change!
My name is Coach Will. As a certified NASM personal trainer, physical fitness has always been in my blood. A little bit about me: I’ve spent over 15 years in hospitality, where I developed a deep passion for being of service to others. Fitness has been a constant in my life—whether it’s cardio boxing, cycling, weight training, or swimming, I’ve always found my home in the gym. I also trained in Karate for four years, earning my black belt at the age of 15, and I still practice my zen through breathwork and focused lifting. When I’m not in the gym, I stay as active as possible. You’ll find me running, hiking, paddleboarding, bouldering, or exploring any way to connect with nature. Fitness has always been a place of peace and personal growth for me, and now I’m excited to help others tap into that same experience. I’m thrilled to start my fitness career as part of the ONE Fitness team, where I look forward to helping others achieve their goals. With hard work, determination, and perseverance, I know the body and mind are capable of amazing things. Minilik, originally from Maryland, has been based in Los Angeles since 2020. A lifelong athlete, he has excelled as a soccer player, tennis player, and track athlete. In 2022, Minilik began his own fitness journey through resistance training. After seeing remarkable results, he developed a deep passion for fitness and a strong desire to give back to others by sharing his knowledge and personal experience. Now a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Minilik has made fitness an essential part of his lifestyle and is dedicated to helping others make it a part of theirs. He is incredibly excited to be a part of the ONE Fitness family and to help the community at ONE Fitness achieve their goals, grow stronger, and live healthier lives.
Coach Jesse is a certified running coach through Road Runners Club of America and a passionate ultrarunner. Completely self-taught, Jesse’s love for running shines through in his coaching style, where he emphasizes finding joy in every step and making running fun. He’s especially skilled in helping beginners and those looking to take their training to the next level. Based in West Hollywood, you’ll often spot him running up Runyon Canyon. His proudest achievements include completing three 100-mile races, numerous 50Ks and shorter distance events.
Dr. Jesus Venegas is a Rehab Chiropractor with a strong background in Kinesiology and Sports Medicine. Born and raised in the San Fernando Valley, he graduated from California State University, Northridge (CSUN) with a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and went on to obtain a Clinical Doctorate in Chiropractic from the Southern California University of Health Sciences (SCUHS), where he specialized in sports medicine. Dr. Venegas has demonstrated his commitment to advancing rehabilitative care through his leadership roles, including serving as President of the Rehab2Performance Club and as a board member for the Motion Palpation Institute Club. These positions have allowed him to deepen his expertise in rehabilitation and treatment, staying at the forefront of innovative techniques and methodologies. “I founded Chironetics with the goal to give people the healthcare they truly deserve.
