We have designed 3 large superset stations targeting more than one major muscle group at the same time. Stay in control of your reps, your sets, and your breaks with 11 min at each station. More importantly feel more comfortable overall in a gym setting and learn to love the process.
Active Cardio

A full-body workout. 9 bodyweight exercises, each exercise is completed 4 times, and some of those exercises travel forward and/or backward in your very own lane. This is a ONE Fitness Workout Active Cardio workout. The idea is to train your discipline by staying active as long as possible through connected exercises. In the end, you have to push past tired because only beyond that are where your goals are. Remember to work above 81% of your maximum heart rate. This way, you are sure you train at an intensity level that allows you to build muscle and burn calories faster.
