Squatty Potty’s

The ONE Fitness Squatty Potty’s being standing straight with your feet together. Step out to ONE side and press your hips back into a squat position. Push out of that same foot back to the initial position and repeat with the opposite foot. Repeat both sides until the set is complete. 

Tip: Be sure to keep your knees over your toes while driving your heels into the ground.
