The ONE Fitness Jump Arounds start standing with your feet shoulder-width apart. Bend your knees to a squat position, engage your core, and jump up explosively a quarter turn to the right. Land in a squat position, to directly complete 3 more squat Jumps with a quarter turn bringing you back to the starting position. On arrival of the 4th squat jump, complete 4 squat pulses. Repeat This sequence again 3 more time.
Tip: Land softly by rolling through your feet (toe, ball, then heel) as you land in the quarter turns.
