High Boat Low Boat 

The ONE Fitness High Boat-Low Boat starts seated in High Boat position. Sit upright, bent knees towards your chest, and feet hovering off the floor. Hold this position for a few breaths then with a very tight core slowly lower your upper body and legs simultaneously without touching the floor. Hold this Low Boat position for a few breaths, your body should resemble the shape of a canoe. Lastly, exhale to pull back up to the High Boat position. Repeat this sequence 4x. 

Tip: Let the body tremble and shake. That’s the body changing.
