We have fitness sessions that target your lower body as well as group, one-on-one, and virtual sessions. No matter which program you choose, what matters most is that you show up to every session and stick to the program to get the results you are looking for. ONE Park Session

$15 Early bird ($20 on site)

A LIVE outdoor session like no other. This experience is a ONE Fitness HIIT workout designed to target strength, balance and mobility.

All you need is:

  • Water
  • Sweat towel
  • Sunblock
  • Yoga mat (optional)
  • A good attitude (Mandatory)*

ONE Strength


This ONE Fitness experience is an outdoor HIIT workout like no other. Through resistance, battle rope, weight training and more, ONE Fitness is designed to target strength, mobility, and power. Learn to push past your limits and show up for yourself. 

All training equipment will be provided on site

ONE Runyon


ONE Runyon is the fierce lower body workout you need in your weekly routine. Get ready to fire up your glutes, your quads, hamstrings, calves and every muscle in between. Don’t be fooled though because it’s not just about the booty; ONE Runyon will also test your endurance, stamina, and that inner athlete inside of every Champion. I hope you brought the eye of the tiger, because at ONE Runyon we always go in for the kill.

Regardless of your yoga expertise you can feel better from head to toe with ONE Flow. Yoga improves strength, balance, and flexibility. Slow movements and deep breathing increase blood flow and warm up muscles, while holding a pose can build strength. ONE Flow has you covered to shake the stress away and namaste!

ONE Knockout

Contenders! Be prepared for the fight of your life. Become a champion with a high intensity boxing workout that will include technique, cardio, strength & resistance training and a core cool down.

All great fighters will need:

Virtual Membership


Sign up for our virtual membership to receive access to our workout videos. Workout at home, at work, or anywhere you are at your convenience. Modifications for beginners and advanced workout moves will also be given to help you follow along at your current fitness level.

ONE Fitness Policy:

  • • You can reschedule your session only 24hr in advance of your scheduled session in order to avoid the loss of that session.  No exceptions.
  • • All conflicts with scheduling must be expressed so that if possible a solution can be found
  • * Semi privates +$15 per person per session for Packages or Programs
  • * House call/Travel fee $15/session (+$5 if you location exceeds 10 miles from our location)


ONE Virtual Group Session

Our Video On Demand Library consists of full-body workouts built using our ONE Fitness Deck: 40 cards designed to target every area of your body: shaping, lifting, strengthening, and toning your body. As a member (Virtual or Champion), you will receive access to workout videos designed to help you follow along even if you are a beginner.

  • No equipment needed
  • 1-hour session including warm up and cool down.
  • Follow by example style training
  • (modification and challenges will be given)
